Legal information about the usage rights of Ionbit's work and third-party tools.

1. Ownership of Work
All websites, applications, branding materials, and designs created by Ionbit are the intellectual property of Ionbit until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client, except for reusable frameworks, code snippets, and tools owned by Ionbit.
2. Client Rights
- Clients have the right to use, publish, and modify the final deliverables after full payment.
- Clients may not resell or redistribute Ionbit's work as standalone products without written consent.
- Ionbit reserves the right to showcase non-confidential projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
3. Third-Party Tools & Libraries
Ionbit uses third-party libraries, frameworks, and open-source tools under their original licenses, such as:
- Bootstrap © Twitter – Licensed under MIT.
- Font Awesome © Fonticons, Inc. – Licensed under CC BY 4.0.
- Other tools and APIs remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Restrictions
Clients may not claim ownership of Ionbit's proprietary methods, templates, or pre-existing assets used to deliver the project.
5. Liability
Ionbit is not liable for issues arising from misuse of deliverables, client-provided content, or third-party integrations outside Ionbit's control.
