1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and using our services (Web Development, Branding, App Design, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Ionbit provides software development, digital branding, and UI/UX design services. The scope of work, timelines, and costs for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract.
3. Payment Terms
Projects usually require an upfront deposit before work begins. Remaining payments are typically made upon reaching specific milestones or project completion. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services or withholding of final deliverables.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content (text, logos, images), and access to required platforms (hosting, domains) to ensure project progress.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final product (e.g., website source code, logo files) is transferred to the client after full payment. Ionbit retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ionbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or the products we create.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
