This Cancellation Policy explains how ongoing projects, subscriptions, and service agreements with Ionbit Technology may be cancelled by either party.

This policy works alongside the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request cancellation of an active project or service, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and include the relevant project or invoice reference.
  • Any work completed or in progress up to the cancellation date will be billed according to the agreed rates.
  • Payments related to completed work are generally non-refundable.
  • Costs already paid to third parties on behalf of the client, such as domains, hosting, licenses, or subscriptions, are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Ionbit Technology

  • Required payments are not received according to the agreed terms.
  • The client fails to provide necessary information, feedback, or assets, causing an unreasonable delay in the project.
  • The client breaches our Terms & Conditions or uses our services for unlawful purposes.

In such cases, the client will be notified where reasonably possible and may be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.
